Munchkin’s commitment to protecting the world’s most vulnerable creatures is deeply embedded in its mission and core values. This enduring dedication has led to a longstanding partnership with IFAW that was quickly expanding. While many families have cherished the Munchkin WildLove sippy cups adorned with illustrations of endangered animals, the introductions of bath squirts marked a significant transition and challenge in transforming these graphics into tangible 3D product forms.
From 2D to 3D.
Simultaneously, Munchkin has had a remarkable success with its line of bath squirts featuring adorable and playful animals. The challenge lay in striking the perfect balance that preserved the authenticity of the WildLove’s more realistic illustrations while creating a seamless and natural step from the simplicity of Munchkin’s existing bath squirt products.
The Challenge
Throughout the development process, prototypes underwent continuous scrutiny by safety testers to ensure compliance with safety standards, guaranteeing that these products posed no risk of choking or suffocation hazards.
